The department of Pediatric Dentistry was established on 16 June 2023 and is dedicated to fostering the dental health of children. The department is committed to provide comprehensive therapeutic and preventive oral health care to infants, children and adolescents up to 18 years of age. As part of a tertiary care pediatric institute, the department also manages a substantial number of children with special healthcare needs. We dedicatedly manage such patients with a compassionate approach and mitigate the challenges in dental rehabilitation of these patients with careful tailored treatment planning.
Pediatric dentistry department is actively engaged in various social outreach activities aimed at promoting oral health awareness among masses. The department has initiated its comprehensive school dental health program across various schools in Noida. The Department organized an oral health screening camp at the Juvenile Reformation Centre, G. B. Nagar Noida . Within the Institute also department conducts patient awareness programs educating children regarding good oral health practices.
